Hi there, We're the Awful Service Podcast, a show where we usually sit down with other Comics and talk about customer service jobs. Each week we have a Resume, a "Karen of the Week", and "Gee, why did it fail?" We have over 70 episodes at the time of this publishing. We also have an obsession with Rax, a once behemoth of fast food, that went away too soon. And boy, did they have a bevy of Great TV commercials. So, in this very special episode, the Awful Crew watches a bunch on them and has a grand old time in the process.
